Crystal Lim-Lange is an expert on human capital, education and the future of work. She travels around the world, advising companies, government bodies and educational institutions on preparing their talent for a future of rapid change.

 

Crystal is the founder of Forest Wolf, a global leadership and talent development consultancy that focuses on high-performance for leaders and teams, talent development and developing psychological safety and inclusion.

 

Crystal has personally trained more than 15,000 students, educators and academics and 3,000+ corporate executives over the past 5 years.

In 2017, the Economic Development Board of Singapore (EDB) along with the Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturers Steering Committee (BMAC) engaged Crystal to design a ground-breaking leadership training programme (“Project Zodiac”) that would target the talent development of the entire biopharmaceutical sector of Singapore, comprising of 15 companies such as Roche, Novartis, GSK, MSD, Pfizer, Abbott and others.

With support and funding from Singapore’s e2i Employability Institute, Forest Wolf has now trained 400 leaders  in Singapore’s Biopharma sector with plans to expand this to the Biomedical sector.

During Greg's 8-year tenure at the Department of Psychology, he taught and supervised clinical psychology students, and developed the ‘Introduction to Clinical Psychology’ and ‘Mindful Psychology’ modules.
