Our Deep Human Confidence Masterclass takes on a solutions-focused approach to unlock the confidence, clarity, and impact that you can have at your workplace. We will offer you actionable strategies, which are rooted in neuroscience and psychology, and provide you with the tools to develop a confident and empowering mindset.
This Masterclass will be highly interactive and experiential. Expect a hands-on approach to learning, complete with comprehensive materials to integrate newfound skills into your professional and personal lives. You will be engaged in live coaching, with the chance to receive mentoring and feedback directly from our Master Facilitators, so that you can immediately put into practice what you have learnt.

Morning & Afternoon
Morning Workshop (0900 – 1200): Find Your Voice and Develop Confidence

Afternoon Workshop (1330 – 1700): Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
In this session, you will learn to:
• Understand imposter syndrome and develop tools to manage it effectively, so that you can project confidence authentically
• Overcome limiting beliefs and break unhelpful thinking patterns to unlock your full potential
• Reframe challenges as opportunities, cultivating a mindset that empowers you to speak up and lead with impact
• Strengthen your focus and manage tough emotions, equipping yourself to navigate high-stakes business situations with confidence and clarity

Our Facilitators
