Day 2 - Empathy, Inclusion and Complex Communication

Participants learn the fundamentals of developing a culture of psychological safety, empathy, inclusion and respect.

This segment is rich with practical tools and communication models, role-play, live demonstrations, discussions and interactive activities.

  • Unconscious Bias and Inclusion
