Deep Human Leadership [Jan Intake]

Introduction: 

• In-person 2 day face to face retreat specifically designed to prepare leaders for the rapidly changing world followed by two virtual practice sessions.
• Led by master facilitators Crystal Lim-Lange and Dr Greg Lim-Lange, this programme is highly experiential and conducted in a small-group format to provide individual guidance and live coaching, with real life examples.

Curriculum:

• Develop emotional intelligence, resilience, and mindful leadership for effective decision making and personal well-being.
• Cultivate a growth mindset, overcome limiting beliefs, and navigate a VUCA world while building trust and practicing empathic communication.
• Enhance stakeholder management, develop and coach others, and foster a culture of learning and inclusion.
• Navigate difficult conversations, resolve conflicts, and create a high-performing culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
