Personal Assistant to Crystal & Greg Lim-Lange

 

We are looking for an outstanding PA to help me organise my life as the CEO of Forest Wolf and Deep Human Institute, global public speaker, coach, podcaster, author, board member / company advisor, social media personality and working mom!

•⁠  ⁠Have great aesthetic sense and taste as you will be required to assist with basic graphic design, and attend high-profile events

•⁠  Social media savvy
•⁠  ⁠Able to discern what is important and urgent, and what is not urgent and to communicate and prioritise accordingly
•⁠  ⁠Time zone and travel flexibility - able to provide support as needed if the CEO is travelling on a different time zone, while our commitment is to give time off in lieu if you are needed to work outside of normal working hours (Monday to Friday 830-530 p.m.)

Responsibilities:
•⁠  ⁠Hybrid work - may be required onsite as needed but able to work at home (approx 50% of the time)
•⁠  ⁠Ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s daily life by handling a broad range of administrative tasks- both business and personal 
•⁠  ⁠Managing and coordinating the CEO’s schedule - including arranging meetings, travel and reminding the CEO of upcoming events and preparing briefing documents
•⁠  ⁠First point of contact and screening incoming communications and directing them to the appropriate staff member
•⁠  ⁠Prepare and review documents, reports and presentations
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate and negotiate with external contractors, vendors and suppliers
•⁠  ⁠Meeting venue setup, attending to guests, helping out at events with registration and other event-related tasks
•⁠  ⁠Assist with managing personal appointments, reservations and errands
•⁠  ⁠Assist with travel arrangements and household domestic errands for CEO e.g. organising husband and kids travel and household repair 
•⁠  ⁠Assisting with simple graphic design collaterals e.g. creating e-flyers for events
•⁠  ⁠Arranging couriers / pickup of documents and parcels as needed
•⁠  ⁠Helping film informal social media content and basic photography at events

Requirements:
•⁠  ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication
•⁠  ⁠Excellent time management and organisational skills
•⁠  ⁠Proficiency in MS Office and commonly used work tech platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, Google Drive, Trello, Slack, Dropbox etc.
•⁠  ⁠Familiar with Google Calendar and Outlook
•⁠  ⁠Collaborative and embodying company values as above 

Remuneration:
Remuneration and appointment terms shall be commensurate with experience and competency. We reserve the right to modify appointment terms where necessary.
